Components

• Panels — usually 600 × 600 mm, made from steel, aluminium or composite; surface finishes can be laminate, carpet or vinyl.
• Support pedestals — height-adjustable feet that carry the panels.
• Stringers — beams that tie the pedestals together and add stability to the system.
